Xi'an International University
The university is located in Xi'an — the ancient capital of China, the home of the Terracotta Army and the starting point of the Silk Road.  XAIU offers business‑focused programs taught in English.

Registered with the Ministry of Education of the PRC · internationally recognized.

Joint undergraduate program "2+1.5" with the British University of Portsmouth
Duration: 2 years in China (XAIU) + 1.5 years in the UK.

The university is located in Guangzhou — the business capital of South China and Asia's largest trade hub. GCTB focuses on practical education: internships, work with real business cases, and connections with employers.

Campus scale: a multinational community

Guangzhou College of Technology & Business
Bachelor's Degree in English in 3 years
Guangzhou College of Technology & Business offers a British university program delivered in China. In just 3 years, you earn a Bachelor's degree (BA Honours), accredited by a British university and recognised by employers worldwide. Direct entry after secondary school — no foundation courses required.

You can obtain a degree from one of these British universities:

Tuition fees:
Years 1–2: ¥68,000 per year
Year 3: ¥70,000 – ¥150,000 per year*
*The cost for Year 3 depends on the host university and the chosen study pathway.

  • Years 1–2 — study in Guangzhou
    Core classes according to the British university program in the following areas:

    • International Trade and Business Communication
    • Business Management
    • International Tourism and Hospitality
    • Business Management and Marketing
    Teaching is in English at Guangzhou College of Technology & Business.
  • Year 3 — China or the United Kingdom
    Students can choose one of two options:

    Complete the final year in the UK at the University of Portsmouth campus and receive a bachelor’s degree in
    • Business and Management

    Complete the final year in China (Guangzhou or Hong Kong) and obtain a British bachelor’s degree from the University of Sunderland in one of the following specialisations:
    • International Trade and Business Communication
    • Business and Management
    • International Tourism and Hospitality
    • Business Management and Marketing
PROGRAMS

Xi'an International University Dual Degree in English in 3.5 years
Joint program with the University of Portsmouth (UK). Graduates receive two degrees: a Chinese bachelor’s degree (in Business Management or Accounting) and a British bachelor’s or master's degree.

Students may also choose to complete the entire 4‑year program in China and obtain a Chinese bachelor’s degree from XAIU in Business Management or Accounting.

Direct entry after secondary school — no foundation courses required.

Tuition fees:
Plan A / B
Years 1−2 in China: ¥85,000 per year
Years 3−4 in the UK: *£25,100 (for the entire period) + ¥28,000-¥46,000

Plan C
Years 1−2 in China: ¥85,000 per year
Years 3−4 in China: ¥85,000 per year (scholarships may apply).
*The UK tuition fees are subject to change at the discretion of the host university.
  • Years 1–2 — study in Xi'an
    Study in the Business and Management field, delivered in English, with compulsory Chinese language classes.
    To obtain the Chinese bachelor's degree, international students must pass the official HSK Level 4 exam, regardless of the chosen plan.
  • Years 3–4 — China or the United Kingdom
    Plan A
    2 years of bachelor's at XAIU + 1.5 years of bachelor's at the University of Portsmouth = Chinese Bachelor's degree (in Business Management or Accounting) + British Bachelor's degree (in Business Management).

    Plan B
    2 years of bachelor's at XAIU + 1.5 years of master's at the University of Portsmouth = Chinese Bachelor's degree (in Business Management or Accounting) + British Master's degree (with a choice of specialisation).

    Plan C
    4 years of bachelor's at XAIU (entirely in China) = Chinese Bachelor's degree only (in Business Management or Accounting).
